The program provides insight into detecting, prioritizing, monitoring and managing possible risks so that they are no longer an unknown threat to the success of your project.

The training is meant for project leaders, project managers, project staff and risk managers.

PROGRAM RISK MANAGEMENT IN PROJECTS

• What is a risk anyway? And so what is it not?
• Risk assessment: How do you identify the risks and how can you detect them?
• Risk analysis: How likely is it that the risks found will occur and what is their possible impact on your project?
• Prioritizing the risks: Ranking the risks, taking into account the probability and potential damage to your project.
• Risk management: What can you do – and therefore prepare for – to respond in a timely and efficient manner if a risk materialises? How do you reconcile a response to a risk with efficient resource management?
• Monitoring the risks: Working with indicators, triggers and decision points to see threats and to steer and adjust in a timely and correct manner.
• We test the theory against a guided exercise in which we use an Excel Risk Assessment Template as a tool for your risk management.
