The training is meant for project leaders, project managers, project staff and risk managers.
PROGRAM RISK MANAGEMENT IN PROJECTS
- What is a risk anyway? And so what is it not?
- Risk assessment: How do you identify the risks and how can you detect them?
- Risk analysis: How likely is it that the risks found will occur and what is their possible impact on your project?
- Prioritizing the risks: Ranking the risks, taking into account the probability and potential damage to your project.
- Risk management: What can you do – and therefore prepare for – to respond in a timely and efficient manner if a risk materialises? How do you reconcile a response to a risk with efficient resource management?
- Monitoring the risks: Working with indicators, triggers and decision points to see threats and to steer and adjust in a timely and correct manner.
- We test the theory against a guided exercise in which we use an Excel Risk Assessment Template as a tool for your risk management.
