Systemic thinking shows the possible solutions, optimizes the adaptation of your board or organization to the project, determines the risks and gives you the tools to manage them. Your plan guarantees success in its management, keeps the execution within time and budget and prevents "crisis management".

Regardless of the nature, situation and complexity of your project, this matrix-based thinking and planning guarantees success. You will see how to focus on the right scope and create a proactive and efficient project planning that will drive your project management. You get an overview of all activities and integrate risk management as a control tool.

You consult with your sponsor (client) at regular times for validation of the assignment, project plan and the achievement of important milestones.

Block 1 – Activity and Time Management

• A mandatory component of project management

• Time table (PERT, GANTT) and how to keep an overview
• The ICEMAN method (recording activities, who needs to know what and when, coordinations between employees, correct use of resources, ...)

Block 2 –  Project planning

• The start: the power of mission analysis
• The elements of a plan
• Determining all possible parameters and their influence
• How do yo take into account changes during implementation?
• The analysis. How do you plan for success?

Block 3 – Risk management

• Risks “tailored to your plan”
• The risk assessment and management. How do you foresee the unforeseen?
• What is a branch plan?

Block 4 – People and communication

• How do you translate a plan into actionable tasks?
• How do people come together in a project as a team?
• The importance of situational  awareness
• Success factors of good leadership

Block 5 – Quality control

• What are you going to measure and where?
• When you do this
• Reporting
